Drywall patches where outlets were added to other side

I noticed the drywall was soft here, started investigating.

Water marks down the inside of the drywall.

Clean margins here. Decided to open the drywall to the next stud.

After opening up the crack a bit, adding drywall compound, and then paint, the fix is invisible.
