My standard rate is $85 an hour. I break my days up into morning blocks and afternoon blocks. Each of those is four hours, but I only charge for the time I’m actually working on your project.

If you have a project that seems like it might fit in a two hour block, that is my minimum size. Please contact me via text message to check that your project will fit in a two hour block before scheduling.

I generally do work Monday through Thursday, and Friday is available for consultations and estimates that take less time. I can provide free estimates for simple things, for more complex things I may include the cost of the visit into your final bill.

This is a 45 minute block of time for Steve to assess your project(s) and determine approximately how much time is required, as well as any special requirements.

Handyman work - up to 2 hours

A two hour block of reserved time for handyman work. You are only charged for the actual hours worked. Please check with Steve before booking to ensure your project will fit.

Handyman work - up to 4 hours

240 min

A four hour block of reserved time for handyman work. You are only charged for the actual hours worked.
